Lead React Frontend Developer Experience: 10+ Years (Mandatory) Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Location: Multiple locations over USA Visa Status: H4EAD, L2S, GC, USC, TN Job Summary We are hiring a Lead React Frontend Developer with 10+ years of overall IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in modern frontend technologies. This role is strictly for direct full-time candidates who can work long term and take ownership of frontend architecture, design decisions, and team leadership. Eligibility & Visa Criteria (Mandatory) • Only open to candidates on: H4 EAD, L2S, USC, GC • No C2C • No consultancy or vendor profiles • No third-party submissions • Candidates not matching the JD are requested not to apply Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance frontend applications • Architect and implement complex UI solutions using React • Drive frontend best practices, coding standards, and design patterns • Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend teams, and stakeholders • Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and lead technical discussions • Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance • Participate in architectural reviews and technical roadmap planning Required Technical Skills (Must-Have) • 10+ years of experience in Frontend / Web Development • 6+ years of strong hands-on experience with React.js • Expert-level proficiency in: • JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript • HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, LESS • Strong experience with: • React Hooks, Context API • Redux / Redux Toolkit / Zustand / MobX • Component-driven architecture • UI frameworks & libraries: • Material UI, Ant Design, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI • Strong knowledge of: • REST APIs, GraphQL • JSON, WebSockets • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development • State management, form handling, and validation frameworks • Cross-browser and cross-device compatibility Advanced / Preferred Skills • Next.js, SSR, SSG • Micro-frontend architecture • Performance optimization and lazy loading techniques • Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright • Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM, Yarn, PNPM • CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) • Version control using Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) • Accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) is a plus Leadership & Soft Skills • Proven experience in Lead / Architect role • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to guide teams, conduct design reviews, and mentor developers • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams Important Notes • This is a long-term, full-time opportunity only • Candidates not meeting experience, visa, or skill requirements should not apply • No C2C / No consultancy resumes will be considered under any circumstances Interested and eligible candidates may apply directly with their updated resume for faster processing by sharing it to [email protected] Apply tot his job
