Details about our company structure and associated teams will be introduced during the interview process.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Admin to provide technical support and systems administration across our organization’s CRM and operational platforms. This is an immediate 3-month role with work focused on Intake 360, with the potential to evolve into a QA lead role if performance and fit align. This is a hands-on position, requiring strong Salesforce administration expertise, experience building flows, UI optimization, and the ability to work closely with non-technical users.This role is client-facing and requires active collaboration with business, legal, and operations teams. Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Administration & Flow BuildingBuild and maintain Salesforce flows and automation processes. Configure Salesforce permissions and user roles effectively. Optimize Lightning Record Pages for end-user usability. Monitor and maintain data integrity, duplicate records, and field mapping. Create dashboards, reports, and user documentation. User Support & CollaborationWork directly with non-technical users, guiding them on platform usage.Communicate clearly via email and video calls to support workflows. Partner with internal teams to understand workflows and recommend improvements. QA FunctionalityAssist in QA-related activities within Salesforce, including testing, validating fixes, and providing feedback. Potential to transition into a longer-term QA lead role depending on performance and organizational needs. Key RequirementsRequired:2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Strong experience building flows and automation.Solid understanding of Salesforce permissionsStrong skills in UI/UX, particularly Lightning Record Page optimization. Comfortable interacting directly with clients and internal non-technical users. Excellent communication skills in English. Highly Preferred:Experience supporting tools like Regal or other call/text automation platforms. Experience in legal tech systems, case management platforms, or client intake tools. Familiarity with tools such as Intake 360, HubSpot, Zapier, or other automation solutions.Prior QA experience within Salesforce or other systems. Nice to Have:Experience in Salesforce administration within legal or virtual staffing sectors.
