Manager, Business Operations Federal Reporting

Oversee and ensure compliance with federal regulations and reporting requirements for Conduent's business operations. Manage and analyze large sets of data to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions. Communicate regularly with various internal teams to gather necessary information for federal reporting and compliance. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline data collection and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of federal reports.Stay up-to-date on changes in federal regulations and reporting requirements to ensure Conduent's continued compliance. Lead a team of analysts and data specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure quality work. Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and officials to facilitate smooth communication and compliance. Prepare and present reports and presentations on federal compliance and data analysis to senior leadership. Identify areas for improvement in processes and systems related to federal reporting and compliance and implement necessary changes.Train and educate employees on federal regulations and compliance requirements to promote a culture of compliance within the organization. Monitor and track key performance indicators related to federal compliance to identify potential issues and address them proactively. Act as a subject matter expert on federal regulations and compliance, providing guidance and support to internal teams as needed. Collaborate with external auditors and regulators during audits and inquiries to ensure accurate and timely responses.Continuously assess and improve Conduent's federal compliance program to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulations.
