Marketing Operations / RevOps Expert – Workflow, Automation & KPI Management
I am a Marketing Manager with a cross-functional role. My mission is to coordinate, align, and lead the marketing, digital marketing, and sales teams. In this context, I am looking for an expert in Marketing Operations / Sales Operations / RevOps / Automation to help me structure a global workflow, centralize data, automate tasks, and track performance from lead generation to closed sales. Context & My Role (Marketing Manager) As a Marketing Manager, my responsibilities include: • Collaborating and coordinating between: • Marketing team (offers, messaging, positioning) • Digital marketing team (ads, tracking, analytics) • Sales team (leads, follow-up, conversions) • Defining and tracking marketing and sales objectives • Ensuring that every marketing action has a measurable business impact • Monitoring: • Marketing KPIs • Sales KPIs • Project performance • Objective progression • Identifying bottlenecks, leaks, and optimization opportunities • Managing projects end-to-end (idea → execution → results) My current need: a clear, automated, data-driven system that allows me to make fast, informed, and effective decisions. Mission Objective Build a structured and automated workflow that enables: • Centralization of all marketing & sales data • Real-time KPI tracking • Strong alignment between marketing and sales • Clear visibility on project progress and objectives • Measurement of the real impact of marketing actions on revenue Scope of Work 1. Workflow & Process Structuring • Mapping the full journey: • Lead → qualification → sales follow-up → conversion • Defining key marketing & sales stages • Implementing a clear and efficient workflow between teams 2. KPI & Performance Management • Defining key KPIs such as: • Leads volume • Conversion rates • CPL / CAC • Revenue generated • ROI per channel • Building simple, actionable dashboards 3. Automation • Automating repetitive tasks: • Lead tracking • Reporting • Alerts • Objective tracking • Connecting tools (CRM, Ads platforms, Analytics, etc.) 4. Tools & Tech Stack • Recommendation and/or implementation of tools for: • CRM • Tracking • Reporting • Project management • Possible tools: • HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, Make, Zapier, Google Sheets, GA4, Meta Ads, etc. Profile Required • Proven experience in: • Marketing Operations / Sales Operations / RevOps • Strong understanding of: • Digital marketing • Sales processes • KPIs & data analysis • Ability to: • Structure • Simplify • Automate • Explain complex systems clearly • Business and results-oriented mindset, not theoretical Expected Deliverables • Documented marketing & sales workflow • Clear KPI dashboards • Implemented automations • Optimization recommendations • Scalable and evolutive system Apply tot his job
