We are looking for a part-time Media Planner & Media Performance Specialist to manage our media insertion schedule, track placements across various channels, and optimize overall media performance. Your role will focus on organizing our media calendar, ensuring correct placement delivery, monitoring results, and proposing measurable improvements to maximize visibility, reach, and efficiency. This is an ongoing strategic role with flexibility and direct collaboration with internal teams and media partners.Requirements- Proven experience as a Media Planner, Media Coordinator, Media Buyer, or a similar media management role. - Strong ability to manage media calendars, schedules, and concurrent placements. - Experience tracking media performance and delivering structured reports. - Skilled in collaborating with media outlets, publishers, and internal teams. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear recommendations. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.- Ability to work part-time with consistent output and regular reporting. Nice to Have- Experience with digital media metrics (Google Analytics, ad platforms, UTM tracking, referral analysis). - Experience negotiating or evaluating media proposals. - Knowledge of PR, branding, or communication strategy. - Familiarity with KPI dashboards or media performance tools.
