The Opportunity:Are you a USRN with specialized expertise in wound care? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our US based healthcare client as a Medical Reviewer. In this role, you’ll ensure the accuracy and compliance of patient claims and documentation, making a significant impact on patient care and outcomes.If you’re passionate about wound care and want to contribute to a leading healthcare organization, we’d love to hear from you! This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home. Your responsibilities will include:• Create and maintain client profiles by accurately inputting information into the client's system• Work closely with clinical staff to retrieve necessary information required for processing patient claims• Verify the completeness and accuracy of client information, make necessary updates, and review and analyze claim documentation for compliance with established guidelines and requirements• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information by established protocols• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality• Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues using appropriate interpersonal and communication skillsTo succeed in this role you will need:• 2+ years of clinical wound care experience preferredExcellent English communication skills, both verbal and written• Knowledge of PCC and Brightree systems is a plus• Critical thinking and customer service skills• Strong working knowledge in MSOffice applications• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail• Previous experience in a similar role or related field is preferredQualifications:• Registered Nurse - NY LicenseService Fee:Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.Hours:US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 8am to 6pmWhy Limitlessli?
