Mgr Crew Resource Scheduling

Plans, organizes, controls, and coordinates the daily activities of all crew resource scheduling work groups with emphasis on the timely and efficient management of the crew force and integrity of the flight schedule; analyze operational requirements, crew availability and mission readiness; ensure compliance to federal aviation regulations, collective bargaining agreement, FedEx express policy and procedure. Job Description Essential Functions Develops and maintains internal policy and procedure and audit for compliance; provide statistical data to upper management; maintain technical expertise in all departmental computer programs and systems. Performs other duties as assigned. Additional Job Description Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience Five (5) years related experience with an air carrier in a flight operations environment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong basic management, human relations and communication skills. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent.
