Job SummaryAs a Pricing Manager, you will be involved with supporting the current global pricing processes/projects, measurement, and analyses, while helping establish new, actionable strategies, operating metrics, and KPIs. Under the direction of theSenior Director of Pricing and Finance Strategy, and managing one (1) Pricing Analyst, this role will positively impact the business through management of key pricing-related activities, identifying new pricing projects, and partnering with critical stakeholders such as Access’ external Pricing partner, Operations, Sales/Account Management, Contracts, IT, and Client Experience to increase organizational value.Primary Functions• Lead the annual price increase process and collaborate with major stakeholders to enhance processes and procedures that maximize the efficiency through which pricing is generated, delivered to the customer, and its impact on Enterprise Planning. • Provide direct management of Pricing Analyst who oversees monthly price increase process within Salesforce, coordinating among Finance and IT. • Assist in development of annual strategic pricing goals and development of tactical plans to achieve.• Oversee development of metrics and dashboards that monitor pricing responsiveness, price realization, competitive positioning, and market pricing trends. • Develop a road map for future strategic pricing capabilities (tools, systems, data) relating to collection and analysis of competitive and market pricing insights and enhancements to existing pricing capabilities. • Establishes and maintains procedures for ensuring pricing hierarchy remains competitive in the marketplace based on competitive actions or changes in economic/market landscape.• Lead analyses within our Salesforce instance of Configure Price Quote (CPQ) to provide valuable insights on our quoting behaviors to leadership. Inclusive of discount trends, competitive price scenarios, bundling, and bolthires-plus/value-based pricing. • Ensures timely responsiveness to cross functional needs. • Demonstrate a robust understanding of all relevant costs into the actual bolthires of products and services. • Maintain all pricing procedures and pricing communication as needed throughout the organization.• Manage, coach, and develop pricing analyst. • Perform ad hoc analysis and other duties as assigned by leadership. Education and Years of Experience• BS in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management, or related field. • 7+ years of pricing, marketing, and/or finance experience, preferably in a distributed services organization. Certifications, Licenses, Credentials• Professional Pricing Society certification is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Experience with Salesforce.com required• SalesForce CPQ experience a plus• Strong data analysis skills: financial/business modeling experience is a plus.• High proficiency in MS Office, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint. • Effective oral and written communication skills with an ability to efficiently communicate financial results to both financially and non-financially oriented persons. • Initiative; originate productive actions without specific instructions; generate innovative ideas, processes, and approaches to meet business needs. • Ability to be a change agent in instituting best practices to drive operational performance and effectiveness across the group.• Ability to understand and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills. • Bi-Lingual desiredSalary: $126k + 15% ICAbout Access CorpAccess offers services, technologies and subject matter expertise to help clients be more efficientand more compliant through better management and activation of their critical businessinformation.
