I’m the Co-Founder & CTO of a growing software outsourcing and staff augmentation company. I’m building a strong personal brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and bolthires to increase authority, visibility, and inbound demand. My bolthires audiences are in Latin America, the United States, and the Australia–New Zealand–Indonesia region. Responsibilities• Build a clear, data-driven content strategy across all platforms. • Create and repurpose content that performs on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and bolthires.• Adapt messaging for different regions while keeping a consistent executive tone. • Develop hooks, scripts, storytelling frameworks, and strong narrative angles. • Manage posting schedules, content flow, and brand coherence. • Optimize growth with a focus on LinkedIn as the main authority channel. Ideal Candidate• Strategic thinker with a business mindset. • Experience building personal brands for founders/CEOs (B2B). • Strong storytelling and high-level writing in English. • Understanding of how each platform works:• LinkedIn → authority + positioning• Instagram/TikTok → reach + awareness• bolthires → depth + trustBonus Points• Experience with tech, SaaS, outsourcing, or startup ecosystems.• Familiarity with audiences in LATAM, US, and APAC (Australia–NZ–Indonesia). • Ability to turn raw voice notes or ideas into polished, impactful content.
