Onboarding Specialist, Level I

Job Description:• Lead onboarding projects for a defined portfolio of customers• Facilitate the strategic deployment of AlignOps products• Provide role-based product consulting and customized support• Proactively resolve customer challenges• Cultivate trusted relationships with customers• Ensure timely and effective rollout of software solutions• Identify and escalate critical or high-priority issues• Partner with customers to understand their goals and objectives• Create, update, and refine onboarding resources• Collaborate with cross-functional teams• Monitor and document onboarding progress• Contribute to process improvements• Participate in team projects and initiatives• Occasional travel may be requiredRequirements:• A bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalency is required• 1+ years of experience in client-facing roles, project management, or onboarding• Experience in customer service or software implementation is a strong plus• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills• Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude• Proficiency in business productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office SuiteBenefits:• health, dental, and vision coverage• disability• life insurance• PTO• 401(k) plan Apply tot his job
