Order Processing Specialist

About the positionResponsibilities• Verifying property information provided by clients and preparing files for processing using municipal websites. • Researching unrecorded liens, such as taxes, utilities, municipal liens, code violations, special assessments, and permits. • Contacting utility providers to verify information on water, sewer, and trash services. • Entering the gathered information into the system to generate reports for clients to finalize property closings. • Processing a minimum of 30 orders per day with an error rate of less than 10%.Requirements• High school diploma or GED. • Strong computer skills and computer literacy. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet searches. • Good typing and data entry skills. • Strong communication skills and time management abilities. • Office experience. Nice-to-haves• Experience in a similar role or industry. • Familiarity with municipal lien searches.
