Key Responsibilities In this position, you will be responsible for: Accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers, ensuring high levels of precision and attention to detail. Meeting client turnaround times by expeditiously and efficiently entering data, navigating through imaging software, and retrieving claims and authorizations. Differentiating between various claim types and following the appropriate data entry guidelines to ensure compliance and accuracy. Identifying specific document types that require special handling, demonstrating a strong understanding of data entry protocols and procedures. Collaborating with other team members to ensure work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times, promoting a culture of teamwork and cooperation. Qualifications and Requirements To be a successful candidate for this role, you will need to possess: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning. 6 months or more years of experience in data entry or typing-focused role, demonstrating a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices. Strong data entry/typing skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data with high levels of precision. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors, ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality. A high degree of accuracy, with the ability to meet the required 8,200 KSPH with a 98% Accuracy Rate, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and precision.
