Key Responsibilities: Manage a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses that meet or exceed customer expectations. Provide detailed and accurate information about our products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns in a clear and concise manner. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and clients. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, adhering to our data privacy and security protocols. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our sales and marketing strategies. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is highly preferred. Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new software applications. A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being helpful in this fast-paced environment. A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Preferred Qualifications: In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates who: Have experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. Are familiar with the automotive industry, with knowledge of sales and marketing principles. Have intermediate to advanced computer skills, with experience using CRM software or other customer support tools. Requirements and Benefits To be considered for this role, you must be able to: Work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling available after completion of training. Attend 5 weeks of training, Monday - Friday from 4PM – 8PM, to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. Work a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours based on business needs. Type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred, to efficiently manage customer inquiries and respond to chats in a timely manner.
