Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative – Sports Tech Startup
Job Description: We are a fast-growing startup that provides Point of Sale (POS), Mobile Ordering, and a Front Office Platform for sports teams, stadiums, and venues across North America. We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused part-time Customer Service Representative to assist our clients with their questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they get the most out of our platform. Responsibilities: - Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from clients regarding our Catch POS and Mobile Ordering platform. - Provide friendly and efficient troubleshooting assistance. - Help clients navigate the platform and resolve basic setup or operational issues. - Escalate technical issues to the appropriate team members when needed. - Document and track client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. Requirements: - Previous customer service experience (preferably in SaaS, tech support, or POS-related industries). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple inquiries efficiently. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed. - A stable internet connection and a quiet place to take calls. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): - Experience supporting POS systems or mobile ordering platforms. - Background in sports, stadium operations, or ticketing.
