PARTNERSHIP ACCOUNTANT - PART-TIME - REMOTE

Pathway seeks a dedicated part-time Partnership Accountant to join our growing team. This is a remote position for Southern California residents. BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:The successful candidate should have experience working in an accounting position that includes:• Knowledge of accounting, GAAP and financial reporting concepts• Analyzing financial reporting information• Communicating effectively, both written and verbally, with internal and external parties• Multitasking on duties with varying levels of priority• Experience in private equity, private credit, or investment funds is a plusSUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:• Review and interpret quarterly financial statements of investments• Analyze activity in investment accounts and thoroughly document findings and conclusions• Identify, review and analyze activity of capital accounts related to alternative investment vehicles• Record accurate capital account information within the investment databasePERSONAL TRAITS:Successful candidates will demonstrate:• Strong financial reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities• A collaborative, team-oriented approach• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related business field• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience• Ability to work a minimum of 25 hours per weekWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
