People Operations, Talent Specialist
Job Description: • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, background checks, and offer letter preparation and delivery to ensure hiring goals are met • Assist in creating and updating job descriptions; gather approvals for requisitions and develop engaging job posting content • Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, social media, networking, and other channels • Build and maintain an active pipeline of sales/Account Executive candidates • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including candidate communication and dispositioning, process updates • Coordinate and ensure background checks are completed successfully • Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including initiating new hire paperwork, ensuring completeness, coordinating IT setup, conducting orientation • Ensure candidates and team members have excellent experience throughout recruitment, onboarding and employment life cycle • Provide administrative support for People Operations programs • Help design and champion culture, wellness, total rewards, and recognition initiatives • Assist with HRIS management and other HR-related responsibilities to support the department and employees • Support additional responsibilities as business needs evolve Requirements: • Mortgage industry experience is strongly preferred • Highly organized • People-focused • Proven track record of recruiting top talent Benefits: Apply tot his job
