Pre-Litigation Case Manager / Paralegal (Personal Injury)- MUST LIVE IN CO Fully Remote Eligible States: Colorado, Utah, Washington, or Oregon ONLY Applicants outside of these states will not be considered Schedule: Monday–Friday Work Hours: Between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mountain Time) Shift: 8-hour scheduled shift Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 annually About the Role We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager / Paralegal to join our high-volume personal injury team. This fully remote role is ideal for professionals who can independently manage cases from intake through demand and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage a pre-litigation personal injury caseload of 75+ active cases • Handle cases from intake through demand preparation • Maintain regular communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters • Coordinate medical treatment and obtain medical records and billing • Track deadlines, tasks, and case updates using Filevine • Prepare and organize documents and exhibits for demand packages • Collaborate with attorneys and internal team members to support case strategy Required Qualifications • 2–5 years of pre-litigation personal injury experience (required) • Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload • Filevine experience highly preferred • Strong understanding of pre-litigation workflows, medical management, and insurance claims • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills • Comfortable working fully remote within Mountain Time business hours • Must reside in Colorado, Utah, Washington, or Oregon Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off (PTO) to support work–life balance • Collaborative team with a supportive, professional culture • Positive work environment focused on respect and teamwork PrincePerelson & Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we do not discriminate against applicants due to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
