Title : Principal Pricing AnalystLocation: Tempe United StatesJob Description:As a Principal Pricing Analyst, you will lead key projects supporting the Government End Use Pricing team to identify pricing opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing initiatives. Your strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and pricing tools will enable you to perform pricing analysis and provide recommendations for pricing decisions. You will monitor and evaluate pricing performance, making adjustments as needed.This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment. You will report directly to our Sr. Pricing Director and you'll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. Your expertise in pricing analysis and recommendations will help the organization maximize revenue generation and improve profitability. Key Responsibilities:Lead pricing projects for the defense price desk teamAnalyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunitiesCollaborate with cross functional teams to drive pricing initiatives and achieve business objectivesPerform pricing analysis and provide recommendations for pricing decisionsMonitor and evaluate pricing performance and make adjustments as neededYOU MUST HAVE:Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance/pricing/marketing project managementDemonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful pricing strategiesStrong guiding and team management skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentProficient in project management tools and softwareWE VALUE:Bachelor's degree in Business related field: Finance/Business Administration/Marketing or a related fieldExperience with FAR/DFARS regulations and/or Government Pricing ExperienceAbility to think critically and adapt to tasks in a quickly changing environmentProven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budgetStrategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovationStrong thoughtful and problem-solving skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholdersPassion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trendDue to compliance with U.S.export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
