Title: Master Scheduler- Production Planning Coordinator (Supply Chain/Order Management)Location: US Atlanta / Nashville / VirtualNCR is looking for a Master Scheduler to plan production and staging activities for Point of Sale devices (POS), printers, servers, displays and other peripherals within its North America Retail and Hospitality Operations.This person will be a key member of a cross-functional team coordinating procurement, production and customer inputs, and will be responsible for scheduling and tracking the jobs released to production, escalating material shortages and managing customer escalations. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY• Run daily clear to build reporting and release jobs to drive production / staging activities• Establish weekly and monthly production / staging schedules based on customer orders, material availability, and production capabilities• Interface daily with supporting departments (Procurement, Supply/Demand Planning, Engineering Change, Customer Fulfillment) to create executable plans and resolve issues.• Analyze and report on staging and production status and risks• Manage customer escalations and company revenue priorities• Plan reconfiguration activities to use-up excess inventoryCOMPETENCIES REQUIRED:• 5 years experience in supply chain operations and experience of order management or scheduling position• Be capable of utilizing spreadsheet and ERP-type software in managing the planning process• Solid, proven organizational, project management and leadership skills• Very IT-literate with different data-driven applications and highly proficient in working in MS Excel• Strong data reporting / data analysis skills and attention to detail• Team player able to work well across business operations and develop strong business teams• Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates and business stakeholders• High energy and experience working in a demanding fast-paced work environment• Desire to learn and willingness to take on a wide range of assignmentsOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.Full time employee benefits include:• Medical Insurance• Dental Insurance• Life Insurance• Vision Insurance• Short/Long Term Disability• Paid Vacation• 401kEEO StatementIntegrated into our shared values is NCR's commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
