Property Management / Customer Service Virtual Assistant (2+ Years Experience Required) - Contract to Hire

"20 hours per week ~ must work SAT/ SUN Weekends "We are looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented Property Management & Customer Support Virtual Assistant to join our growing real estate operations team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, property management, or short-term/long-term rental operations. You will help support our tenants and guests, coordinate vendor tasks, manage maintenance requests, assist with leasing operations, and ensure a smooth experience across our properties.✨ ResponsibilitiesRespond to tenant inquiries, guest messages, and support tickets quickly and professionallyManage maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors (cleaners, handymen, landscapers, etc.)Oversee daily operations across rentals (co-living, long-term rentals, Airbnb listings, etc.)Update spreadsheets, CRM systems, calendars, and property recordsAssist in lease renewals, tenant screening follow-ups, and application supportProvide high-quality customer service and resolve issues with patience and clarityMonitor reservations, communication flows, and guest satisfactionAssist with onboarding new tenants, move-ins, move-outs, and inspection coordinationTrack expenses, invoices, utilities, and vendor payments (basic admin work)Perform quality checks on listings, listings descriptions, and property details across platformsRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in property management, Airbnb hosting support, leasing coordination, or customer service rolesExcellent written and spoken EnglishStrong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skillsComfortable using tools like:Airbnb / CRM systemsProperty management platforms (AppFolio, Buildium, Guesty, etc.)Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)WhatsApp / Slack / Asana or similar task appsAbility to work independently, follow SOPs, and communicate proactivelyReliable internet connection and consistent availabilityFamiliarity with service recovery and guest relations is a plusExperience with co-living or multi-tenant homes is a major advantage.Send me the word co-living a long with a loom video on why you think you would be a good fit for this position.
