As a Quality Analyst, you’ll directly influence how our products evolve, how features are validated, and how we maintain world-class reliability as we scale. You’ll help shape our testing standards, improve processes, and grow into senior QA, automation, development, or leadership roles as our U.S.presence expands. Position OverviewWe are seeking a Quality Analyst (QA) with strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring software quality, usability, and performance. You will be responsible for evaluating new features, testing existing functionality, identifying issues, and helping us deliver stable, intuitive, and reliable products to our clients.In addition to core QA responsibilities, when not performing QA duties, you will assist with programming tasks, prototyping, and research on new UI/UX approaches, components, and workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both testing and building — and wants to grow their skills across QA, development, and product design. Candidates with backgrounds in safety, compliance, regulated industries, HR systems, asset management, or government processes are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:Software Testing & Quality Assurance• Perform manual testing of web applications, mobile-responsive features, APIs, and new modules.• Develop test plans, test cases, and regression testing procedures. • Execute functional, usability, compatibility, performance, and exploratory testing. • Validate bug fixes, enhancements, and new releases. Bug Documentation & Communication• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or equivalent tools. • Provide clear reproduction steps, screenshots, videos, and severity labels. • Work closely with developers to clarify issues and verify resolutions. Requirements Review & User Experience• Review feature requirements and acceptance criteria prior to development.• Identify gaps, risks, or inconsistencies early in the process. • Participate in design reviews, offering user-focused feedback. • Advocate for a polished, intuitive user experience. Quality Process Improvement• Help establish QA standards and best practices as the team grows. • Suggest improvements to development workflow, documentation, and test automation. • Assist in building internal QA knowledge, templates, and processes. Release & Deployment Support• Perform smoke tests and final quality checks before releases.• Ensure builds meet quality expectations prior to client rollout. • Participate in release planning and communicate readiness status. Development & UI/UX Support (When Not Performing QA Duties)• Assist with programming tasks such as minor fixes, support tickets, or small feature enhancements (depending on skill level). • Help prototype or wireframe new user interfaces and workflows. • Research and suggest modern UI/UX patterns, components, and layout improvements relevant to Tansi. • Collaborate with developers and designers to refine front-end behavior and consistency across modules.Minimum Requirements• 1–2+ years of experience as a QA Analyst, Software Tester, or similar role. • Strong understanding of manual testing principles and test case creation. • Experience testing web applications and responsive UI. • Ability to clearly document and communicate issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Good analytical thinking and attention to detail. • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). • Must have reliable high-speed internet and personal computer (remote work).Nice to Have• Basic programming experience (C#,.NET, JavaScript, or similar). • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar issue tracking systems. • Familiarity with SQL for basic data validation. • Exposure to automated testing tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.). • Understanding of API testing tools like Postman. • Experience working in safety, compliance, government, HR, or other regulated environments. • Experience on distributed or international remote teams. • UI/UX sensibility or user acceptance testing experience.Compensation & EmploymentType: Full-time,Remote (U.S. Residents only)Hours: Flexible, with availability during core collaboration hoursCompensation: Competitive, based on experience and qualificationsEmployment Type: Full-time (Contract available if preferred)Why Join Indigetech• 100% remote work environment with flexible hours. • Opportunity to shape QA standards from the ground up. • Hands-on exposure to both testing and development/UI work. • Be part of our first U.S. development team during an exciting growth phase.• Work with modern technologies and a fast-paced development environment. • Impactful role with clear paths for advancement into senior QA, automation, development, or leadership positions. • Supportive culture that values innovation, quality, and initiative.
