Quill Reporting & Analytics Intern
Support Quill, a Staples brand, by building and enhancing Power BI dashboards, automating reports, and collaborating on data solutions in a hybrid internship. Your RoleHere’s what you will be doing:• Gather requirements, design, and build new dashboards for Quill using Power BI to analyze key business questions• Enhance dashboards with commentary using Microsoft Co-Pilot to increase usability and drive business decisions• Automate existing reports using Snowflake SQL and Power BI or Excel to reduce report generation time• Collaborate with IT developers to build data cubes to enhance automation and enable self-service reporting for business ownersAbout YouThe company is looking for:• Rising junior enrolled full-time with a minimum of 12 college credits• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel (pivot tables and complex formulas)• Knowledge of relational datasets and experience working with data (SQL)• Experience with a data visualization tool (Power BI preferred; Tableau, Business Objects acceptable)• Enjoy working in teams and being highly communicative (preferred)• Able to multitask and be flexible to new initiatives (preferred)Compensation & Benefits• Intern pay rate: $24 per hour• Hybrid work model: 4 days in office, 1 day remote• Location: Quill Corporate facility, Lincolnshire, IL• 11-week internship program from June 1, 2026, to August 14, 2026Training & DevelopmentOpportunities to develop technical and soft skills through hands-on experience and collaboration within the Staples organization.Career ProgressionStudent and graduate opportunities available to build a purposeful career and help Staples, Inc. be more successful and productive. through the provided link, ensuring all required information is included.
