This opportunity is intended for currently licensed California real estate agents who are seeking a virtual brokerage platform without mandatory office attendance. Responsibilities • Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions in compliance with California real estate law • Manage your own listings, clients, and transaction pipeline • Maintain accurate records and documentation • Communicate professionally with clients, escrow, lenders, and other agents • Operate independently while adhering to brokerage policies and state regulations Requirements • Active California real estate license in good standing • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong communication and organizational skills • Familiarity with standard real estate transaction processes • Reliable internet access and basic technology proficiency Work Environment • Fully remote / virtual brokerage • No required office attendance • Flexible schedule determined by the agent Compensation • Commission-based (per transaction) (Specific compensation structure discussed during onboarding) Schedule • Flexible • Agent-determined hours Job Type: Contract Pay: From $1.00 per year Application Question(s): • This role is a commission-based, 1099, virtual brokerage opportunity.
