This role starts as a commission-only position, offering 50% of all generated revenue—no draws, no caps. After the first three months, the role transitions into a salaried position, with structure and compensation aligned with industry guidelines and performance. You’ll work fully remote, with complete autonomy over your desk, while being supported by proven tools, processes, and a boutique environment that values quality over volume. Your Role As a 360 Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from business development and client management to sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. You will build and manage your own pipeline, develop long-term client relationships, and deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions. This is a role for someone who thrives on accountability, enjoys building something, and is motivated by direct impact and earnings. What Do You Bring? You are an experienced recruiter who is fully comfortable working a 360 desk. You are highly proficient with LOXO and LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn tooling, and you know how to leverage these platforms to build pipelines and close roles. You have strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and the discipline to work independently in a remote environment. Experience in agency recruitment is required; experience in tech, SaaS, or professional services is a strong plus. Your Team You’ll be working closely with a small, senior team of employed and 1099 recruiters and leaders who understand the business, respect autonomy, and value results. Collaboration is available when needed, but micromanagement is not part of our culture. You’ll have the freedom to run your desk like a business—with support when it matters.
