About theRole:• Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm or 10am to 7pm EST (including two late nights), plus occasional Saturday mornings• Training: 2 weeks of immersive onboarding, Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5pm EST• Engage with consumers to resolve delinquent accounts using a consultative approach• Help clients identify the best solutions for their situations• Negotiate effectively to achieve fair resolutions for everyone involved• Use your customer service skills to build urgency and trust• Stay compliant, positive, and professional at all timesWhat We Offer:• Competitive hourly pay starting at $16–$18/hour, plus uncapped performance commissions with monthly bonuses!• Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401K, Paid Vacation, and Holidays• Opportunities for professional growth• Paid training to set you up for success from Day 1• A supportive team atmosphere and collaborative cultureWhat You’ll Do:• Work directly with consumers to find solutions and resolve delinquent accounts• Handle inbound and outbound calls using our auto dialer system• Manage your workload of accounts to ensure timely payments• Follow up with consumers for necessary documents and payments• Keep detailed records and inform clients of any missing info or next steps• Use skip tracing techniques to locate contact details• Comply with FDCPA and all applicable federal and state collection laws• Follow company policies and maintain industry standardsWhat You Need to Succeed:• Be at least 18 years old• High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus• Collections experience preferred• Reliable professionalism, attendance, and punctuality• 1+ years of experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, healthcare, banking, or customer service• Willingness to work full-time, including weekends as needed• Coachable and eager to learn• Strong verbal communication, persuasive and negotiation skills• Proficient in computer use, including software, databases, and internet• Maintain consumer confidentialityWork-from-Home Requirements:• Equipment provided by us• Quiet, private workspace behind a door—no distractions in common areas• High-speed internet with Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi hotspots not supported)• Meet all technical requirements after training begins – (Please note: A mandatory workspace verification screening will be completed by IT during Orientation)Why Join Us?:Reliant Capital Solutions, based in Gahanna, Ohio, is a leader in accounts receivable management, specializing in debt recovery for education, healthcare, automotive, retail, and government sectors.We’re proud to be recognized repeatedly as one of the best places to work in collections!
