Vaco by Highspring is a large, fast-paced organization seeking multiple Accounts Payable Specialists to support a backlog following a recent ERP go live. The role involves full cycle accounts payable, high volume invoice processing, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Responsibilities • Full cycle AP with heavy 3 way matching • High volume invoice processing • Work within large scale P2P/ERP systems (Oracle Fusion + NetSuite experience preferred) • Perform data analysis using Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivots) • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies • Support process cleanup following ERP implementation Skills • Degree in Accounting or related field • 3+ years AP experience (including 3 way match) • Experience in large companies • Manufacturing or distribution industry background • Strong Excel skills • Self starter who thrives in fast paced environments • Oracle Fusion + NetSuite experience Company Overview • Vaco is the Talent Solutions division of Highspring, a leading global professional services organization.
