A firm is seeking an associate attorney with 3 years of healthcare litigation experience to join their medical malpractice team.Ideal candidates will have experience working with elder law and representing long term care clients. Candidates with insurance backgrounds with a passion to work in the practice area will be considered. The mid-sized firm offers a fully remote schedule and opportunity for growth. The firm has a long-standing reputation of successfully defending their long-term care clients, insurers, and investment groups. This is a fully remote position that requires the candidate to have experience in medical malpractice defense and long term care defense.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling a high volume of cases, litigation, trial experience, and critical reasoning.
