Here you will be responsible for your team’s performance, communicating with game teams worldwide, improving workflows, and the social media strategy. If you are passionate about games and helping others, then this is the place for you. Responsibilities 1. Monitor Customer Service Team activity to ensure the highest performance. 2. Communicate with teams worldwide to ensure all parties have the most up to date information. 3. Help ensure team documents are up to date. 4. Create, plan, and post news and events on social media. 5. Host live streams when needed. 6. Answer game reviews. 7. Communicate with player via various platforms. 8. Other tasks as needed. Requirements 1. Ability to work or lead with a team of agents. 2. Able to work with little supervision. 3. Maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations. 4. Willingness to take on new tasks and learn new things. 5. Willing to work overtime to ensure great communication with overseas teams. 6. Love video games. Note 1.
