[Remote] Bilingual Member Care Representative (Remote from MD, VA, PA, DE, WV, FL, TX, IN, NC)

They are seeking a Bilingual Member Care Representative to provide exceptional service to members and assist non-members in establishing their accounts. Responsibilities• Provide a variety of service functions for members• Work with members to identify additional financial solutions• Assist non-members in establishing their membership and setting up their accounts by phoneSkills• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to utilize available resources to help members• Must read and speak Spanish fluently• Minimum of one year experience working in a financial institution required. Previous contact center experience helpful.
