Remote Call Center- Patient Care Rep
Our client, a forward-thinking healthcare technology company, is seeking a Remote Call Center-Patient Care Reps to join their team. As a Patient Care Rep, you will be part of the Patient Support Department supporting the Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Attendance Policy: • Attendance during training is mandatory. • Any missed training time is prohibited and may result in termination Remote Work Requirements: • Dedicated workspace free from distractions. • No childcare or personal activities during work hours. • Reliable high-speed internet connection. • Treat your home workspace as your office.
