[Remote] Compliance Operations Sr. Consultant

Key Bridge Compliance is dedicated to creating effective compliance systems and is seeking a Compliance Operations Senior Consultant who excels at simplifying complex processes. This role involves designing training programs and SOPs, acting as a liaison between Operations and Compliance teams, and ensuring the effective rollout of compliance materials. Responsibilities • Design and maintain training curricula for Compliance Analysts, Consultants, and Senior Consultants • Create and manage SOPs, role-based guides, playbooks, templates, and process walkthroughs • Train and enable compliance staff through workshops, walkthroughs, and onboarding support • Act as a liaison between Operations and Compliance teams, translating changes into clear, actionable guidance • Support rollout and adoption of updated processes, tools, and compliance materials • Identify knowledge gaps or workflow challenges and turn them into targeted learning solutions • Partner with Directors and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with firm standards and regulatory requirements Skills • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, compliance, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in RIA compliance or managing compliance teams • Experience with training, enablement, SOP development, or process improvement • Strong ability to translate complex compliance concepts into clear, usable guidance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable influencing without formal authority • Familiarity with compliance tools (e.g., Orion Compliance, Hadrius, SmartRIA) • CSCP or IACCP certification preferred Benefits • Unlimited FTO. • Paid sabbatical leave. • Paid parental leave. • Growth and learning. • Retirement planning. • Health & Wellness. • Health Insurance. • Dental Insurance. • Vision Insurance.
