About the position RAMI is seeking dependable and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representatives to support our customer experience operations. In this role, you will assist customers by responding to inquiries, providing accurate information, and helping resolve common issues. This position is 100% remote, and full training is provided, making it ideal for both entry-level and experienced professionals. This role is dedicated to customer service and support only. There is no cold calling, no sales quotas, and no commission-based responsibilities.
