Key Responsibilities• Manage and nurture customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels. • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot to track customer interactions and pipeline progress. • Analyze customer data and generate reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to address customer needs and resolve issues swiftly. • Proactively identify potential conflicts or dissatisfaction and implement effective conflict resolution strategies. • Guide customers through onboarding and product adoption processes, tailoring solutions to individual client goals. • Maintain clear and consistent communication to ensure transparency and alignment with customer expectations. Qualifications• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success management or account management roles.• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with emphasis on clarity and empathy. • Experience working remotely or in a distributed team environment is highly preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
