They are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Property Paralegal to assist solicitors in managing residential and commercial property matters from contract to settlement. Responsibilities• Handle day-to-day tasks across property files (residential and commercial)• Draft contracts, transfer documents, and settlement statements• Liaise with clients, agents, banks, and other law firms• Manage critical dates and prepare for settlements (including PEXA)• Conduct title searches and maintain accurate file recordsSkills• At least 2 years' experience in a property law or conveyancing support role• Familiarity with Queensland property transactions and conveyancing procedure• Experience using PEXA and legal practice software (e.g.Smokeball, LEAP)• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills• A professional, reliable, and client-focused approachBenefits• HMO on your first yearCompany Overview• We are GMC, an education-based marketing company specializing in full end to end consulting.
