The ideal candidate will have experience in HubSpot automation, email marketing, and tracking conversions using bolthires Analytics and Ads. This role is crucial in driving targeted engagement and ensuring data-driven marketing decisions.Responsibilities:• Monitor and analyze lead quality to improve campaign performance. • Optimize and execute email marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement. • Support ongoing email marketing initiatives, including A/B testing and automation. • Create and manage marketing campaigns and audience segmentations. • Utilize HubSpot for campaign automation, workflow creation, and data analysis. • Track and report conversion metrics using bolthires Analytics and Ads to measure ROI. Requirements• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing.• Hands-on experience tracking conversions in bolthires Analytics, bolthires Ads and bolthires Tag manager. • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for campaign improvements. • Experience in audience segmentation and targeted marketing strategies. • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
