[Remote] Founding Security Engineer (Crypto Fintech)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Radley James is partnering with a high-growth crypto technology company that builds infrastructure for managing digital assets. They are seeking a hands-on Security Generalist to own and scale security across the organization, implementing security practices and partnering with engineering teams. Responsibilities • Owning and executing the security roadmap • Implementing application and cloud security practices, including vulnerability management and infrastructure hardening • Establishing data security, privacy, and compliance controls (e.g. SOC 2, GDPR) • Building monitoring, detection, and incident response processes • Partnering closely with engineering teams to embed security into the development lifecycle Skills • 8+ years' experience in security engineering or related roles • Strong application security background with experience across cloud security, IAM, and security operations • Hands-on experience with modern cloud environments, Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform or similar) • Familiarity with security and privacy frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001) • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-stage environments Company Overview • Radley James is a platform for career management that connects candidates and companies with job offers and vacancies.
