Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Opportunities are available for licensed School Psychologists to support students across multiple grade levels, ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade. These contract positions offer the flexibility to work remotely while providing essential psychological services within a school setting. Multiple openings exist throughout the district, allowing candidates to find the best fit for their expertise and preferred student age group. Key Qualifications and Experience: - Valid School Psychologist license in the state of California. - For candidates residing outside of California, active licensure in both California and their home state is required. - Experience working with students in one or more of the following groups: Pre-K, Grades K-5, Grades 6-8, or Grades 9-12. - Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills tailored for varied age ranges. - Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student mental health and educational needs. - Comfort and proficiency in providing services remotely. Location: - Positions serve San Jose, CA school settings, primarily through remote work arrangements. Responsibilities: - Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify student needs. - Develop and implement intervention plans in collaboration with school staff. - Provide consultation and support to teachers, parents, and administrators. - Monitor student progress and adjust recommendations accordingly. - Maintain compliance with all professional and legal requirements. This full-time, 1099 contract role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. Hourly compensation ranges from $53 to $63, commensurate with experience.
