About the Role We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service Chat Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a chat associate, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer service, providing solutions, and driving sales in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform, providing timely and effective support to our customers. Reply to incoming emails from customers, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Request contact prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Consult customers on the best value for their contact lens purchase, utilizing your sales expertise to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service, delivering solutions that create a positive experience for our customers. Maintain high performance metrics, including quality, sales, and dependability, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Utilize your problem-solving skills to think critically and make decisions that benefit both the customer and the company.
