As a Legal Writer specializing in Extraordinary Ability Visas, you will draft high-quality petitions and supporting documents while collaborating with immigration attorneys. Responsibilities• Researching, writing, and editing news articles on a wide range of topics for clients. This includes staying updated on current events, conducting interviews, and presenting information in a clear and engaging manner.• Crafting persuasive and articulate letters for strategic communication purposes, such as business plans or proposals, outreach to stakeholders, recommendation letters or correspondence with government entities. These letters should effectively convey key messages and represent the client’s interests. • Developing detailed case studies that highlight successful projects, initiatives, or solutions implemented by our clients. This involves conducting interviews, gathering relevant data, and presenting findings in a compelling narrative format.• Assisting clients in preparing applications for awards, memberships, or competitions by writing concise yet impactful submissions. This includes showcasing the client’s achievements, qualifications, and unique value proposition. Skills• Exceptional Writing Skills: Proficiency in crafting well-researched, grammatically correct, and engaging written content across various formats and styles. • Research Abilities: Strong research skills to gather relevant information from diverse sources and synthesize it into coherent narratives.• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all written materials, including adherence to style guidelines and client preferences. • Deadline-Oriented: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, interview subjects, and liaise with clients. • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt writing style and tone to suit the preferences and requirements of different clients and bolthires audiences.• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with various industries, current affairs, and best practices in communication and content creation. • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field. • Minimum three years of experience in journalism, content writing, or communications roles preferred. • Knowledge of U.S. immigration and visa requirement criteria is preferred but not required.
