Key Responsibilities• Handle inbound consultations with Medicare-eligible clients, delivering expert guidance tailored to their health, lifestyle, and financial needs.• Proactively build and maintain long-term client relationships through superior service and ongoing support. • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. • Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced agents when needed. • Contribute to a collaborative, results-driven, and supportive team environment. What We're Looking For• Proven Medicare sales expertise: Minimum 2+ years of Medicare product sales experience, with at least two full Annual Enrollment Periods completed successfully.• Active Health Insurance License (Life License preferred). • Remote-readiness: A quiet, professional home office setup and strong technical proficiency. • Strong consultative selling skills, business acumen, and competitive drive. • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain consistent performance in a high-volume environment.
