[Remote] NSX Network Architect for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) [80698]

Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Onward Search is partnering with a leading industry company to find a talented NSX Network Architect for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF). The role involves supporting the design, documentation, and validation of complex network architectures for enterprise-scale VCF environments. Responsibilities• Design and document comprehensive NSX networking solutions, including logical and physical components and integration patterns• Develop and deploy NSX Edge Nodes with a focus on high availability, routing, and load balancing• Create detailed routing architectures that ensure secure, scalable inter-domain connectivity for VCF• Produce architecture artifacts, topology diagrams, and network design flowcharts• Lead network planning for VCF workload domains and validate vSphere Distributed Switch designs in alignment with project requirementsSkills• Proven hands-on experience designing enterprise-scale VMware Cloud Foundation deployments• Deep understanding of NSX-T architecture, including routing, switching, and security policies• Experience in integrating physical and virtual networks within VCF environments• Strong knowledge of network design including VLANs, subnets, jumbo frames, and top-of-rack connectivity• Ability to produce clear architecture documentation and guide technical teams on network design best practices• Experience with: NSX Design for VCF, NSX Edge Nodes, Routing for VCF, Network Design Flow Diagrams, VCF Network Overview & allocation models, vSphere Distributed Switch (vDS) design, Physical Network/NSX interoperability, VLANs, subnets, jumbo frames, access-port standards, Top-of-Rack connectivity and network settings• Experience in large-scale enterprise or cloud data center architecture• VMware certifications (VCIX-NV, VCDX-NV, VCP-DCV, VCF Specialist) strongly preferred• PowerCLI, Terraform, or NSX-T APIsBenefits• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.• Life Insurance. • 401(k) Program. • Commuter Benefit. • ELearning and Ongoing Training. • Education Reimbursement.
