Job Description We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Remote Presentation Designer to join our marketing and corporate communications team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual passionate about visual storytelling and brand consistency. As a Remote Presentation Designer, you will be instrumental in transforming complex information and strategic initiatives into compelling, visually stunning presentations that resonate with diverse audiences, from internal stakeholders to external partners and investors. You will work closely with various departments, including executive leadership, marketing, sales, and HR, to understand their objectives and translate them into effective visual narratives. Your primary focus will be on crafting engaging and brand-compliant presentations using a variety of tools, ensuring a consistent and professional aesthetic across all our communication platforms. This role demands not only exceptional design skills but also a keen understanding of information hierarchy, data visualization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop high-impact, visually compelling presentations for various internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, investor relations, marketing, and sales teams. • Ensure all presentations strictly adhere to Innscor Africa’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in fonts, colours, imagery, and overall aesthetic. • Translate complex data, statistics, and strategic information into clear, concise, and visually engaging infographics and charts. • Collaborate closely with content creators and subject matter experts to understand key messages and develop appropriate visual solutions. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. • Maintain an organised library of presentation assets, templates, and brand elements for easy access and consistent use. • Stay updated with industry best practices, presentation design trends, and new software features to continually enhance our visual communication. • Provide design consultation and support to teams requiring presentation assistance, offering creative solutions and feedback. • Proofread and review all presentations for accuracy, consistency, and grammatical correctness before final delivery.
