About the position We are seeking a talented and creative Associate Presentation Designer (Temp) to join our Brand Design team, supporting our organization’s presentation development needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling presentation decks for both internal and external communications. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to produce high-quality brand marketing materials and presentations designs for executive event meetings, all hands etc. The role reports to the VP, Corporate Communications, but will work closely with the Brand team. We are looking for someone to come into the Seattle HQ 2-3 three times a week depending on needs of the business. Responsibilities • Presentation Design Support: Assist in creating clear, well-organized PowerPoint presentations for internal and executive audiences, with direction from Visual Designers, and Art Directors. • Brand & Template Execution: Apply existing presentation templates and brand guidelines accurately, helping ensure materials are consistent, polished, and visually on-brand. • Creative & Corporate Collaboration: Work closely with creative partners and corporate stakeholders including Chiefs of Staff and Communications Managers to understand content needs and support presentation development. • Visualizing Content & Data: Help translate notes, rough ideas, and basic data into simple visuals, charts, and layouts that support the overall story. • Iterate & Learn in Fast-Paced Environments: Make updates based on feedback, support live working sessions when needed, and build confidence working under tight timelines with attention to detail. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. • 1+ years of experience in graphic/visual design, preferably in a corporate or agency environment. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Keynote and other design software. • Portfolio/website showcasing visual brand and presentation design work. • Understanding of brand identity, design principles, typography, and color theory. • Exceptional creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and tackle design challenges. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, tight deadlines, and evolving project requirements while maintaining a high level of integrity and quality. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively within a team environment. Nice-to-haves • Prior internship experience is preferred. • Prior experience working in digital asset management tools (DAM) a plus.
