[Remote] Project Attorney – Litigation and/or Legal Research Experience

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Glenmont Group Inc. is seeking Project Attorneys with legal research and litigation experience for a major global law firm. The role involves engaging in legal research, writing, and managing projects while utilizing legal technology and collaborating in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Be available and engaged during the required core hours, Monday – Friday 9:00 – 5:00 ET • Utilize legal technology in our workflows and to manage projects • Create and implement processes and efficiencies • Must be able to work independently as well as collaborate in a fast-paced environment • Must have technological proficiency (Microsoft Excel and Word, Zoom, Outlook, among others) and ability to learn new software programs quickly Skills • Attorneys must be licensed to practice in and reside in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Texas, Washington, DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, California, North Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee • Your resume should highlight your legal work experience including, but not limited to, legal research and writing, contract review and abstraction, contract negotiation, and litigation work, including court experience • You must be actively barred in the state in which you are residing • Be available and engaged during the required core hours, Monday – Friday 9:00 – 5:00 ET • Utilize legal technology in our workflows and to manage projects • Create and implement processes and efficiencies • Must be able to work independently as well as collaborate in a fast-paced environment • Must have technological proficiency (Microsoft Excel and Word, Zoom, Outlook, among others) and ability to learn new software programs quickly • Conflicts check will require all legal work for the past 3 years • Background check will be completed prior to start • Legal research and writing experience for various legal topics • Litigation experience, including familiarity with court filings and motion practice Benefits • OT when available • Opportunity to increase compensation based on performance Company Overview • Glenmont Group, Inc.
