[Remote] Regional Sales Representative, Portland, US
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Quectel Wireless Solutions USA Inc. is looking for a Regional Sales Representative to increase revenue and address customer needs within their assigned region. The role involves promoting Quectel's products, meeting sales goals, and maintaining customer relationships through effective outreach and support. Responsibilities • Establish a thorough and complete understanding of Quectel’s business and products and employ this knowledge to sell Quectel’s products to both current and prospective customers • Conduct new customer outreach and hunt for prospective customers to actively grow sales funnel, both independently and with the support of the Outbound Sales and Marketing teams • Maintain a funnel of customers and prospective customers and ensure they move through the sales process • Prepare Meeting Presentations with the support of the Inside Sales and Commercial teams and follow up each meeting by sending a Meeting Summary to the customer • Prepare quotes and organize development kits and samples for customers • Develop strong relationships with prospective customers through consistent and regular communication • Work closely with dedicated Technical Sales Managers for the region, Field Application Engineers and Product Managers to ensure that customers’ technical questions are answered and help to escalate any technical issues that may arise • Work with customer and internal teams to complete signing of SoW, MSA and NDA documents • Cooperate with colleagues globally to ensure that the customer and their manufacturing/development partners are supported in all global locations • Work closely with dedicated Commercial Specialist team to manage forecast and backlog • Other duties as the business requires Skills • Bachelor's degree in any field will be accepted • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience • Prior sales experience is not required.
