Job Title: Remote SDR / Discovery Call Specialist – Health & Fitness (US/Canada Only) Company: Comeback Performance & WellnessLocation: Remote – US & Canada onlyJob Type: Full‑Time About Us Comeback Performance & Wellness is an online shoulder rehab company that helps active adults get out of pain and stay in the gym without surgery, pills, or stopping what they love. We’re a fast‑growing 7‑figure business and we’re looking for a full‑time SDR (Sales Development Representative) to run Discovery Calls with warm leads and move them into our $97 assessments. This is not cold calling random lists – these are people who have already raised their hand. Role Overview You will spend your days: • Talking to warm leads who have booked or requested a call • Qualifying their shoulder issues and goals • Educating them on our process • Inviting the right people into a $97 paid assessment call with a specialist • Keeping our CRM notes clean and our calendar full of high‑quality assessments You’ll work mid‑morning to evening hours (US time) with weekend availability so we can serve leads when they are free. We will train you on our scripts, objection handling, and systems – we’re looking for someone coachable, hungry, and ready to learn fast. Key Responsibilities • Run Discovery Calls with warm leads (Zoom/phone) • Follow our call framework to: • Understand their shoulder problem and goals • Determine if they are a fit • Clearly explain our process and expectations • Confidently present and collect payment for the $97 assessment call • Handle common objections (timing, money, spouse, etc.) using our training • Update CRM notes for every call (show/no‑show/closed/not closed, objections) • Hit daily/weekly KPIs: • of Discovery Calls handled • Show rate • % of DCs converted to $97 • Work closely with our DMs, appointment setter, and closers so leads are handed off smoothly • Be available for later‑day and weekend calls (we’ll define your schedule, but this is not a strict 9–5) Requirements Must‑haves: • Located in US or Canada, fluent English, clear communication • Prior sales experience (SDR, closer, phone sales, appointment setting, or similar) • Comfortable on the phone and Zoom, talking to people all day • Coachable, willing to roleplay and accept feedback • Reliable, organized, and able to hit daily/weekly call targets • Able to work mid‑morning to evening hours and some weekend blocks Nice‑to‑have (not required): • Experience in health/fitness, rehab, or coaching • Experience in high‑ticket or consultative sales Compensation • Full‑time position • On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $3,000–$5,000+ per month • Base + performance‑based compensation on $97 assessments sold and show rate • Exact structure will be discussed in the interview based on experience How to Apply (IMPORTANT) We do NOT review applications sent only through Indeed.
