About the Role We're looking for enthusiastic and experienced horse people to join our customer care team as remote employees. As a Seasonal Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers during our busy season, which runs from February 24, 2025, to August 1, 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your equine expertise to our team and make a real impact on the lives of our customers and their horses. Strong performers may be offered the opportunity to join our Customer Care team in a regular full-time role at the end of the season, so this could be the start of a rewarding and long-term career with arenaflex. Key Responsibilities As a Remote Seasonal Customer Care Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Talking with arenaflex customers over the phone, partnering with them to make recommendations and provide creative solutions to meet their equestrian needs Promoting brand loyalty by providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers Increasing sales of our patented subscription-based supplements and other products by demonstrating your expertise and knowledge of our current product assortment Cultivating relationships with our customers by providing personalized support and building trust Driving brand-building initiatives through the execution of marketing programs and promotions Providing accurate account management and follow-up based on customer needs How You'll Succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to: Offer exemplary and seriously playful customer service that delights our customers and sets us apart from the competition Practice consultative selling to understand our customers' needs and provide personalized solutions Sell our patented subscription-based supplements and other products with confidence and enthusiasm Learn and utilize our internal tools and systems to provide efficient and effective support to our customers Be proficient in equine and canine health and nutrition to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers Hone your arenaflex voice and tone to build strong relationships with our customers and represent our brand with pride Own your professional development and growth, seeking opportunities to learn and improve your skills and knowledge Be reliable and follow our attendance policy, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need when they need it Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need: 5+ years of hands-on equine experience – this is a must, as our customers are horse people and we need team members who can relate to their needs and concerns Focus and passion for helping customers and their horses, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner Technologically savvy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Aptitude to quickly learn and confidently navigate new computer systems and tools Ability to offer creative and out-of-the-box solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers Proficient time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment Telephone and/or retail background, with experience working with customers and providing support and guidance Confident, risk-taker with a great sense of humor and a positive attitude Exhibits sales aptitude and willingness to improve upon these skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support Remote Technology Requirements To work remotely with arenaflex, you'll need: Access to high-speed Cable or Fiber Optic internet with a modem or wireless box – we'll provide a standard 4-foot CAT-6 line to ensure a reliable connection A mobile device that has the capability to download and access the Okta Verify application (free app) Applicant or a member of their household must be personally responsible for the bill received from their internet service provider in the event any IP address modifications are needed Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills and knowledge.
