[Remote] Senior Product Marketing Manager, Guard Enterprise Upgrades

As aSenior Product Marketing Manager for Guard Upgrades, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, crafting messaging for enterprise accounts, and collaborating with various teams to drive product awareness and campaign effectiveness. Responsibilities• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Guard and the security components of Atlassian’s cloud platform• Craft compelling messaging and positioning tailored to security & trust personas, highlighting security, compliance, and cloud value.• Enable sales teams with effective collateral, training, and tools to drive pipeline and close deals. • Conduct customer and market research to inform product direction, messaging, and campaign strategy. • Develop high-impact content (presentations, case studies, whitepapers, web copy) for technical and business audiences. • Support industry events and customer engagements to build awareness and generate leads. • Partner with Demand Generation to design and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads for sales.• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Engagement teams to align on strategy and execution. • Monitor business health and funnel and regularly report out on performance and impact of your marketing activities. Skills• Proven track record marketing to enterprise organization, ideally for SaaS solutions targeting IT buyers. • Strong understanding of security, compliance, and other enterprise-grade requirements for cloud solutions. • Medium technical proficiency—able to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.• 5-7 years of product marketing experience (or other highly relevant background)• Exceptional storytelling and written communication skills. • Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills. • Excellent stakeholder and project management abilities. • Collaborative team player, creative thinker, and open to feedback. • Process and operation-minded looking for more efficient ways to operate & collaborate.
