[Remote] Smartsheet Database Administrator - Contract Role

Sourcebooks is a recognized leader in innovation and publishing, seeking a Smartsheet Database Administrator to join their Adult Publishing Operations team. In this contract role, you will manage title schedules, maintain data accuracy, and support reporting tools to enhance the publishing workflow. Responsibilities• Input and update scheduling data for active and upcoming titles in Smartsheet. • Support secondary schedule setup and adjustments for reflows or delivery changes.• Maintain dashboards and assist with reporting tasks. • Collaborate with Managing Editors to ensure up-to-date and accurate timelines. • Contribute to system upkeep and continuous process improvement.
