[Remote] Social Media Manager/Content Creator Internship

To & Fro is seeking a content creator intern who will play a vital role in developing digital content for their new community and travel industry product. The intern will collaborate with various teams to create and implement innovative social media strategies, engage with users, and adapt content across multiple platforms. Responsibilities• Build expertise in client products, bolthires audiences, and category landscape. • Develop and execute creative, daring, and innovative social media strategies in collaboration with brand strategy and creative teams.• Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and user engagement. • Manage the day-to-day handling of social media content across channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and bolthires, adapting content to suit different channels. • bolthires social opportunities within wider creative ideas. • Develop a monthly social editorial calendar and align with the wider team. • Create and publish engaging content. • Create content in the moment in response to social trends. • Ensure legal compliance of content (e.g.copyright and data protection). • Develop innovative creative in response to client briefs, alongside identifying proactive opportunities to develop social content that will fulfill the brand objectives. • Present ideas comprehensively to clients and colleagues, confidently explaining and supporting your thinking. • Amend and redevelop content in response to feedback. • Understand performance metrics, and use them to inform future creative development. • Be responsible for the full creative funnel, from ideation to the creation of social content.• Act as a community manager to react and respond to social conversations appropriately. • Understand social platforms and trends in real-time to trigger new ideas and proposals for campaigns. • Work as part of a global business operating as one team, and be able to successfully direct work at a distance, across teams and time zones. Skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills or highly advanced English speaker. • To be considered, include a resume AND portfolio and/or website link in your application with strong examples of your work.There is a preference for projects that make it clear what the goal, approach, impact, and opportunities to improve were. • 1+ years of proven work experience as a digital creative for an agency or brand. • Experience in developing or implementing social strategies and executions for brands. • A keen eye on emerging social trends across platforms such as TikTok, Twitter, and Instagram and experience crafting reactive content in response to trends. • A dedication to maintaining visual details and accuracy.• A deep understanding of consumer behavior, and adapting content plans to address the needs of the community. • Additional languages are a plus. • Experience with basic camera work, editing, and/or design is a bonus.
